Builder Partnerships is pleased to announce that Monica Wheaton has been promoted to CEO of our organization. Monica has been with Builder Partnerships since its inception in 2005 and has been instrumental in developing the strategic direction and growth of the company. She also works closely with our builder members and manufacturers to improve our offerings, through management of the website, the rebate programs, and in the development and implementation of webinars and seminars.
Monica "grew up" in the home building industry, as her parents owned a home building company and are involved in many aspects of the industry. She assisted with analysis of industry financial statements and compensation levels, created and maintained two company websites, and consulted with clients to evaluate and manage changes beneficial to the client"s organization. Learning the business from the ground up gives Monica a unique and well-rounded view of the needs and challenges of the industry. She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, the American School of International Management, as well as a Series 7 license and a Banking Certificate from the American Institute of Banking.
We are all eager to see Monica take on this new role and excited to support her as she brings to life our vision of a highly valuable educational and networking organization.
